LEGO® WEDO 2.0 ROBOTICS I
AGES 7 - 10
The WeDo Robotics 2.0 I is guaranteed to ignite students’ excitement for learning as it enhances their skills in science, engineering and technology. Blue tooth technology is used to bring their builds to life giving them movement and sound through programming that they will learn to do. Students will build things that wobble, drive, crank, walk, spin, flex, reel, lift, grab, push, revolve, steer and sweep. No prior LEGO building or programming experience necessary and you don’t need to take WeDo 1.0 first.
Day 1:
1. Exploration of Wobble by building, programing and modifying the following:
a. Pull-Robot
b. Dolphin
2. Exploration of Drive by building, programing and modifying the following:
a. Race Car
b. Rover
Day 2:
1. Exploration of Crank by building, programing and modifying the following:
a. Earthquake
b. Dino
2. Exploration of Walk by building, programing and modifying the following:
a. Frog
b. Gorilla
Day 3:
1. Exploration of Spin by building, programing and modifying the following:
a. Flower
b. Crane
2. Exploration of Flex by building, programing and modifying the following:
a. Floodgate
b. Fish
Day 4:
1. Exploration of Reel by building, programing and modifying the following:
a. Helicopter
b. Spider
2. Exploration of Lift by building, programing and modifying the following:
a. Recycling Truck
b. Garbage Truck
